Fulfillment Policies

Reimbursement policy:

If an order is late for more than 2 hours, the entire amount of the order will be reimbursed. If the order arrives incomplete, you will be reimbursed the value of the plate that was missing items. (not including dressings.) If you receive items that you did not order, the total price of the bill will be reimbursed. (The claim should be made within 15 minutes of receiving your order. )

Delivery policy:

Your meal will be delivered within 45 minutes of the receipt of your order.
Delays out of our control: For weather and road conditions and for accidents.

1. If an order is delivered two hours late after the transaction was made, you will receive a complete reimbursement of the entire order.

2. There is a four-mile limit for deliveries. Our deliveries will always be made by an employee of the restaurant and will have proper identification.

Cancelation policy:

Once an order has been made, there cannot be any cancelations or refunds.
